WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Associate to support our operations in shipping, receiving, delivery driving, and rubber fabrication. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading materials
• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse maintenance
• Support rubber fabrication processes (training provided)
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling materials regularly
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas, including fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in fabrication/manufacturing

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
